Payment & Orders

How do I use a discount code?

On the Checkout page, when entering your personal details, click “Show order summary” (on mobile) or look at the right side of the page (on desktop), and simply enter your discount code in the discount box.

If you choose to use PayPal, click PayPal on the Cart page. After logging in, you will be redirected back to the Checkout page where you can apply your discount code.


What payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple payment options. We accept:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • American Express

  • PayPal

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.


What currency is used on your store?

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

If you pay using a different currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply a conversion rate or additional fees. These fees are not controlled by Zenvia Kitchen. Please contact your payment provider for more details.


I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order (and it’s not in your Spam folder), the email address entered may be incorrect.

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address.

We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed.
Orders are usually processed within 12 hours, so contact us as soon as possible.


How do I modify my order?

To modify an order, contact us immediately with your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make.

Order changes are possible only before processing begins (usually within 12 hours).

For warranty-related information, please contact our support team.


What if I received a damaged item?

We’re sorry about that! If the issue was on our end, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost, and you won’t need to return the damaged item. Shipping is completely on us.

Our Exchange & Return Policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging


What if my order doesn’t meet my expectations?

We strive to deliver high-quality products, but sometimes shipping or handling may affect the product.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we try to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee exact color representation on all screens.

No worries — we’ve got you covered!

You may exchange your order and receive store credit for a future purchase.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, and items must be unused and in original packaging.
